Mini Haul

Wooo! I'm so excited by this haul! I know it seems like a really boring one but my skin has always been a massive problem so I'm always excited to get new products for it!

Boots Botanics All Bright Cleansing Toner

I went a bit crazy in Boots this week. I had read really good reviews about the new Botanics range, so I thought I would give some products a go as they were on sale! :)

I picked up the All Bright Cleansing Toner (£2.66, normally £3.99). So far I have enjoyed using this product, I don't think it would be suitable for dry skin as it contains alcohol. But for me it's great. I can really tell the difference when I've used this after cleansing, my face feels so much cleaner! It does smell fairly strong but overall I really like this product!

Boots Botanics Shine Away Ionic Clay Mask
Boots Botanics Shine Away Mattifying Gel-Cream

I also bought the Shine Away Mattifying Gel-Cream (£3.33, normally £4.99). The consistency of this product is very strange. It's a really thin, almost see through, gel. Once this product has dried on the skin it flakes off which I really didn't like at first. However, I have now worked my way round that and only use this as my bedtime moisturiser. It is surprisingly moisturising! I think the day cream version of this product would have been a better purchase though :(

While I was there I also grabbed a Shine Away Ionic Clay Mask (£4.98, normally £6.99). I have only used this mask once, but really enjoyed using it. It goes on really easily and I expect it to last me a while, even though the bottle is really small! When it goes on it is really dark green but goes pale as it dries so it's really easy to see when you need to remove it. It also tightens on your face and shows up little spots where its really getting into your pores. I needed to moisturise quite heavily after using this product, but I would expect that from a face mask anyway! I can't wait to see if this provides me with good results!

Original Nail Envy OPI
Finally I own a bottle of Nail Envy YAYYYYYYYYYY!! I was so happy when this arrived in the post the other day and got it straight on my nails! Unfortunately I was so excited by it that I didn't get a photo of the state my nails were in beforehand! They were a mess, they were dry and peeling so much. As soon as I applied Nail Envy I noticed a massive difference. It's very different to any normal polish, it  makes my nails a lot harder straight away and gives so much nourishment and support. I bought mine off Amazon for £10 with free P&P. Normally in shops it is about £18 so I felt very happy :)

If you have any problems with weak or breaking nails I would recommend you get hold of this product straight away!

Makeup Academy Lipstick Shade 3
Swatch of MUA Shade 3

I also bought my first ever lipstick. I thought a good place to start would be a Makeup Academy lipstick as they are only £1, bargain! I bought shade 3 which looks hot pink in the stick but is actually very sheer on the lips. In the picture you can see how little the colour changes with the application of the product, but for me it makes very wearable during the day! I have really loved owning this and will be going out to buy more MUA lipsticks!
